Riding & Board- $600 per month + 10% commission of final sale price. Horse will be ridden/worked 3 days a week. Full advertising, professional photos and videos, and all handling of the sale process is included. Once horse is sold, you just cover the brand inspection, coggins, and health certificate fees.
